Their are a few additional requirements to for the opening of a Cyprus business bank account for a UK Company, since the banks need to comply with the KYC regulations and they have sadly been fooled into business relationships which included UK companies that where under liquidation or which simply had no owner but conducted illegal business, then the additional requirements are as per below.

The basic requirements can be found here - The requirements to open a Cyprus Bank Account

  • Notarized Certificate of good standing for the UK company that applies for the cyprus business bank account
  • Apostilled and notarized company documents and certificates, including proof of beneficial owner, and memorandum of articles.
  • Current Appointments Report
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Notarized evidence of the companies Director

Failing to provide the above mentioned information and documentation can result in a decline of the Cyprus business bank account application. CCLOGIC LLC is not responsible for the banks decission in the case the client will be declined by the Bank.
